We offer delivery for the convenience of our patrons as we realize people are not always able to make it to our pharmacy during our business hours. We hope you will stop in when able, yet if not, we hope the policies below will help you understand how we handle deliveries. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Delivery requests for private residents made before 2pm weekdays will be sent the same day.
• Deliveries are made between 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.
• Requests made after 2pm will be delivered the next business day Monday – Friday.
• Requests called in after 2pm and prior to 11am the next day normally depart the pharmacy by 12:15pm on day of delivery.
• Requests called in between 11am and 2pm normally depart the pharmacy by 2:15pm.
• Requests made after Friday 2pm through Saturday and Sunday are delivered the next business day (typically Monday unless a holiday).

Deliveries for facilities and individuals living within a complex of homes which provide medical assistance will be bundled and are sent once a day. These deliveries depart the pharmacy at 2:15pm.

Delivery transit times may vary. Drivers try to maximize their efficiency by analyzing the drops of the day, and adjusting their route accordingly.

All deliveries should arrive prior to 5pm with the exception of very busy days such as Mondays and the day after a holiday break. If have not received your expected delivery by 5:30pm, please contact us to determine its status.

All prescriptions delivered to a private residence within 3 mile radius are provided upon request at no charge.

Deliveries to a private residence outside the 3 mile radius require a 4 prescription minimum per delivery.

Deliveries to a private residence outside the 3 mile radius under the 4 prescription minimum will incur a $5 delivery charge per delivery.

Any delivery to a private residence within the 3 mile radius not including a prescription requires a purchase minimum of $10 or will incur a $5 delivery charge per delivery.

Deliveries to a private residence outside the 3 mile radius not including a prescription require a purchase minimum of $50 or will incur a $5 delivery charge per delivery.

Special pick ups for delivery orders that have errors that are not the store responsibility will incur a $5 delivery charge.

If you have a new Rx that your doctor issued you and you desire to have it delivered, contact your doctor to have his office communicate a new Rx directly to our pharmacy to prevent unnecessary trips (some medications may require the paper Rx).
